Det svenska melodiska metal bandet Fullforce släpper sitt andra album Next Level i oktober via SPV/Steamhammer. Albumomslaget är designat utav Rainer Kalwitz som tidigare jobbat med bland andra Praying Mantis och Metal Church. Svenska doom metal bandet Witchcraft släpper sitt fjärde album Legend den 21 september via bandets nya bolag Nuclear Blast Records. Albumet följer upp The Alchemist från 2007 och spelades in tillsammans med producenten Jens Bogren (Kreator, Opeth, Amon Amarth, Paradise Lost, Katatonia).
