Gothenburg Deathfest är en årlig inomhusfestival som har gått av stapeln i Götebrog sedan 2002. Festivalens fokus har alltid legat på att boka tunga och mer extrema akter till sitt evenemang. I år kommer bland annat Overtorture, Repugnance, Darkall Slaves m.fl spela. Dock har de i år blivit tvugna att byta spelställe. Följande uttalande har gjorts från festivalens sida:

Gothenburg Deathfest will not be at Henriksberg this year, the venue we have been at for several years. Just a couple of weeks before the fest, we found out that they had double booked and we did not get the venue even if we had a standing reservation of the date. In this very stressful time we now had two choices, either we cancel the show or we try to find a new place. We were not ready to call it quits just yet and have after many days with blood, sweat and tears secured a new deal at a new place.
Gothenburg Deathfest 2015 will take place at Röda Sten, Gothenburg. We are very happy with this arrangement and we are positive it will work out fine. This is what we live for, the brutal death metal scene and the brother and sisterhood that comes along with the music.
Thats why we ask this now:
Please come and show your support. We need it more than ever this year. For the Death Metal scene!!! Give us your energy to keep this fest alive! Tell your friends, their friends and everybody you can think of!!! 8 bands for the amount of 225 Skr (+ pre sale charge) if you pre-order tickets. 350 at the door. Thats nothing for a good evening of great music and to hang out with fellow brother and sisters!More info about how to get there and so on will come.
