Brittiska Quireboys som var på Sverigeturné för två månader sedan meddelar idag att de går skiljda vägar med sin trummis Matt Goom.
Såhär skriver Matt i en uppdatering på Facebook:
”Just to let you all know I have decided to call it a day and leave The Quireboys .
Over the last two and a half years I have had the best of times with the band and I take away many great memories. However, I feel the time is right for me now to move on and pursue my own musical endeavours. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the guys and wish them the best of luck in the future. I’m now ready for a new Rock n Roll adventure and I will see you all very soon … That’s a promise !! Thanks to you all for your continued love and support ..it really does make a big difference!!

Bandets spelning på Sweden Rock påverkas ej av Matts avhopp då gruppen planerat en akustisk show.
Någon ersättare för Matt har ännu ej blivit utannonserad.
